3 Day Military Diet

- For the last day breakfast you’ll have black coffee or tea, with 1 to 2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal, five regular saltine crackers, 1 ounce cheddar cheese and one apple. At the lunch you may have black coffee or tea, with 1 to 2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal, one boiled egg, one piece toast. And for the dinner you’ll have one cup tuna, one cup carrots, one cup cauliflower, one cup melon and half cup regular vanilla ice cream.
